A famous eel restaurant run by a chef who trained at the famous “Noda Iwa” in Higashi-Azabu, Tokyo. The specialty is charcoal-grilled eel on the fluffy rice. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modest and rather sober, but the taste is certain. It’s crowded during the season, so reservation is recommended. Reservations will not be accepted unless you are already in Shimoda City. Selected as one of the 100 best eel restaurants in the county in the Tabelog for year 2018 and 2019.
