Dear Aquaholic Iritahama,

I pledge that the number of guests I registered under my reservation is truthfully stated. I further understand that each wing can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 6 years old. Children 6 years old and older are counted as adults. Here is my guest count:

I am fully aware that the maximum number of guests include any guests who visit the premise of Aquaholic regardless of whether or not those guests are staying overnight. Should the actual number of guests exceed the registered guest count, I understand that my reservation will be canceled immediately at any point of my stay by Aquaholic without any refunds.

I pledge to respect the community surrounding Aquaholic. I will abide by the guideline to avoid causing loud noises and to refrain from holding loud parties that should disturb my neighbors.

I pledge to protect the marine ecosystem surrounding Aquaholic. I will refrain from poaching turban shells, abalone, tokobushi (baby abalone), lobsters, etc. in the sea. Any collected amount when caught, will be considered poaching and is subject to penalties according to the prohibition of the local Japanese government.

The neighbors may call the police authorities if the above mentioned activities are performed. In the case of poaching, one may be arrested and fined accordingly.
